Leaving Taiwan

• Aliens shall leave Taiwan on or before the date the visa expires.
• If aliens overstays, they must pay a fine and leave Taiwan within a designated time.
• If aliens' visa has reached the maximum of 180 days and they have not obtained a Resident Visa, it is required that they leave Taiwan on or before the date the visa expires.
